In July of 2014, Leatrice Conley Gradford asked her nephew, Roger Conley Wood, to attend a family meeting in Chattanooga, Tennessee, organized primarily by Lynette Jackson Bradley, Tommie Pruitt, Juliette Rodgers, Cleatus Rodgers II, and Ron Conley.

At that meeting, Ora Whitfield Conley had breakfast with Roger, and asked him to devote his energy to bringing this extraordinary history to new generations, while also helping older generations understanding the vibrant new stories unfolding today.

200 years of the epic American story from 1816 to 2016 finally came into focus for all generations on screens across the world, with this web site and our social media presence.
